gymnastics
After having completed a tumble, Tina and Ashton display their straight posture.
The boys and girls are learning how to hold a
'Double Push-up'
Kylie curls-up holding his knees, then he starts to rock back and forth as a "Bent Back Rocker'.
1, 2, 3 .... ta-dah...... he rolls-up onto his feet without his hands touching the mat.
In a safe area of your home, please ask your child to show you some of the moves and balances that they have learned.
